Jamie Foxx dropped $10.5-million for a 17,000-square-foot, 10-bedroom, 12-bath, Mediterranean-style villa on 40 acres in Hidden Valley, a community in Thousand Oaks. The house was built in 1995, and has an Olympic-size pool, spa, cabana studio, tennis court, playing fields and two guesthouses. Big Time Listings has the photos here. Foxx's real name is Eric Morlon Bishop, by the way.

Remember how sexy she was on Cheers? Actress Kirstie Alley purchased a home just south of Los Feliz for about $749,000. Alley is a Jenny Craig spokeswoman who lost 75 pounds on the weight-loss program, the LA Times reminds us. The actress doesn't plan to live in the home, but house all of her assistants in the place.

In the midst of a divorce, Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons have listed their 5-bedroom, 4-bath N. Doheny Drive home for $5,800,000. A private, gated villa above the Sunset Strip, the home was purchased in August 2005 for $5,250,052, notes Real Estalker. The couple also recently put their insanely over-the-top indulgent( the home has a movie theater with ticket taker and a professional gymnasium) Saddle River, New Jersey home on the market.

Jack Black has listed his modest 3-bedroom, N. Beachwood Drive home for
$1,699,000. The home is just one of many properties that Black owns; the actor currently lives in Beverly Hills. Real Estalker likes the exterior paint job, but is not hip to the "useless" metal security gates. "With a running start, even Your Mama could hop our fat ass over that thing."
