Via Loftla.com and via the Skyscraper page, Curbed spies this latest rendering for LA Live....so shiny and pretty, the project is making downtown LA look like, uhm, a real downtown. That centerpiece is the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Another less sexy, but very practical rendering, after the jump. Not entirely sure what all that whiteness is?
