According to DataQuick, sales for all types of Orange County homes decreased 26.5 percent for most of April, while prices stayed stagnant as swamp water--the median sale price decreased just .6 percent. What does that all mean? Lanser looks in his crystal ball and determines that April will be the slowest selling April in 12 years. Also, sales in April will have dropped 50 percent since April 2004.
