If you've had a harder time finding the horse on Main Street between Fourth and Seventh, blame the police crackdown on the Fifth and Hill gang. But with the drugs gone, homeless forced out, and construction sites aplenty, there are a number of new ventures coming/being considered:
--A "Swingers"-like diner at 524 S. Main St. And on the west side of the street, a gussied up garage and three commercial spaces
--Restaurant, bar, gallery, cafe and a barbershop at Santa Fe Lofts
--Restaurant and a gourmet grocery store at Pacific Electric Lofts. Also, two cafes, service stores and a jazz club called The Association
