Celeb Round Up: Model Edition

Pretty Gisele Bündchen has sold her 4,000-square-foot Hollywood Hills home for $4 million. The one-story, gated Spanish hacienda in the Sunset Strip has a media room, gym, and pool. The Brazilian model, estimated to be worth about $150 million, has been swallowed by New York, according to the LA Times. Au revoir, Gisele. (We don't know how to say goodbye in Portuguese.)

Our dollar still sucks, eh? U2's Dave "The Edge" Howell Evans slapped down $15 million for a 120-acre parcel in Malibu canyon property with a cottage and a creek.

Lindsay Wagner, aka "The Bionic Woman" has sold a 2,000-square-foot three bedroom, three bathroom condo in Chatsworth for $649,000. Big Time listings has the photos here.

After recently listing his home, Josh Duhamel has shacked up with Fergie, and purchased an eight-bedroom, 8,232 square foot Brentwood home that was listed for $5,299,000. The home was formerly owned by director Brian De Palma, who bought the house in July 1998 for $1,575,000.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes might be shopping for a Bel-Air home. They might have looked at home listed for $30,000,000 on St. Pierre Road in Bel Air. We don't care about them, but are parroting this item for the one Curbed reader who does.
