Curbed got its grubby blogger hands on an updated rendering of Fuller Lofts in Lincoln Heights. (Note to rendering artist: Are we in Eastern Europe--where is our LA sun?) Clouds aside, the re-do of San Fernando Road building (done by architecture firm Pugh+Scarpa) will be finished by the end of September, with occupancy planned for October/November, according to a spokesman for developer Livable Places.
More info: Sales office opens in July and prices are expected to range from $300,000-$500,000 for the building's 104 units. Two new levels are being added to the top of the building (that part will house the fancy penthouse), and there'll be a courtyard on the ground floor, a roof terrace, and a sidewalk cafe (nice) in the building's ground floor. Our bright and sunny photos of the construction site, including a shot of a big empty space (the planned parking structure behind the building) follow after the jump.
