On Friday we asked you to guess on the asking price for this 2BR, 2.5BA penthouse in the Mercury in Koreatown. Here’s the answer.
Asking Price: We don’t know. We didn’t see any price information when we visited last week. We wanted to see what our sagacious readers thought about this place. Our guess was about $1.2 mil.
Guesses ranged from $425K to $1.5 mil. But most guesses seemed to be in the $700K - $800K range. Not that anyone was actually willing to pay this, but this is probably what they developer thinks he can get. Time will tell. If anyone has looked at units in the Mercury and knows what they’re going for, let us know.
