2520 N. Beachwood Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90068
READER SUBMITTAL: “ Formerly the Teri Lynn apartments on the corner of Glen Green and Beachwood Drive. Halfway up to the market...("below the gates" in Snotty Beachwood Jargon.) www.brownandsexton.com Someone must have hit it Big at Santa Anita and made a deal with Satan. Mysterious phallus keep cropping up on the horses each week. (that will be my next photo essay) as well as horse nuggets in midair. The awnings and draperies are The Bronx circa 1953, the horse graphics are unspeakably bad. (There were 6 at last count) It's not cheap, neighbors are calling the apartment the horses' ass or the OH Olivia! The sign painter must not have realized that there was an O and added another one to make it the O Olivia.”
