The market in Philadelphia must be really tough right now. A realtor over there had enough time on his hands to research the ten most expensive single family residences in the U.S. The L.A./OC area has the honor of having two of those homes, but they were a disappointing ninth and tenth place. Number ten is a $52 million estate in Pasadena about which we wrote a while back. Number nine is an icky McMansion on steroids in Newport Beach that is way overpriced at $57 million. And number one? The Donald’s tribute to gaudiness in Palm Beach, FL for a mere $125 million.
