We Wouldn't Have Gone Anyway

Guess RealShare Real Estate 2007 lost Curbed's address as we didn't receive an invite to the conference, held yesterday at the LA Convention Center. But 1,000 real estate experts did enjoy mini-muffins and free pens, and watched Donald M. Koll (pictured), managing principal at Koll, receive a lifetime award.

Shut out, we turn to Globe St. to find out what happened. Try to stay awake: Some confidence in So-Cal's market, but lotta worry and concern about the larger market as U.S. investors leave California (and America), while foreigners eagerly invest in U.S. projects. Also, hot markets right now are hockey-happy places Edmonton and Calgary. P.S. You are dead to us, RealShare Real Estate 2007.
