Walls, shmalls. Here's a look at one of penthouses at downtown's Eastern Columbia. All told, there are five penthouses ranging in size from 1,730-3,208 square feet and priced from $1.4 - $2.375 million. Three are sold and two are left. Some of the units have private patios and outdoor fireplaces, and all the pads have interiors by Kelly Wearstler (the designer who made the Viceroy Hotel so very pretty).
