We hear the new Santa Monica Civic Center parking garage (at the corner of Fourth Street and Olympic Drive) will be completed by the end of February. The multi-colored, 880-space structure was designed by James Mary O’Connor of Moore Ruble Yudell in Santa Monica (O'Connor recently nabbed an AIA 2007 Young Architects Award).
