A nice gentleman reader mails us this pic, inquiring if that Target symbol on the corner of Hill and 5th Sts signals a forthcoming store. Good question! Well, via Google, we learn Target has partnered with Champion for the LA Marathon. And so the super-chain will be putting hamster tunnels, and apparently banners, all around our fine city. So we're inclined to believe this is marathon-related, and not a new store, but a message was left with Target PR, demanding explanation.
