Always a sucker for a "free recorded message," we called the number on this poster currently up on the corner of Sunset and Alvarado. Listened to a nice-sounding man named Michael from Mortgage America talk about how we could lower our mortgage payments. He said to call him at his office (310 824 1677 ex. 103), which we did. We left a message asking him how this guerilla ad tactic is going, particularly as there seems to be a lot of home loan-related signs cropping up on lampposts around the city.
