So why did Courtney Cox and her husband David Arquette put their Lautner pad on the market? Because they’ve already purchased elsewhere, reports Big Time Listings. No pic, but the site says their new home at 27460 Pacific Coast Highway is a five-bedroom, 2,142-square-foot oceanfront estate built in 1950. The couple also purchased an adjacent parcel at 27466 Pacific Coast Highway. The whole deal went down last August but wasn’t recorded until January 11. Dare we ask? Anyone have pictures?
