If these things don't get built as designed, we're going to be pissed. The Norton Avenue Lofts, designed by Lorcan O'Herlihy, are now on the market. No, not the lofts themselves, but the valuable piece of West Hollywood real estate and the loft project design. The eight units would have floor areas between 1,550 and 1,810 square feet encased in colorful glass walls designed to filter natural light into and throughout the project's interior. BLDG BLOG did a post on LOHA's design work (including the Norton Lofts) earlier this year, noting the circulation friendly design that could ultimately result in some nice energy savings.
