2.) Nicole Richie has unloaded her condo in West Hollywood's Empire West building; the condo was listed for $2.25 million. Earlier this year, dad Lionel purchased a condo in Century City from actor Dennis Franz for his daughter and her boyfriend Joel Madden. [Big Time Listings]
3.) Justin Long, who is famous for starring in the "I'm a Mac" ads (he's the Mac) AND for dating Drew Barrymore purchased a $1.4 million mid-century modern-style house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills. The deal closed last spring, and is just being reported now. [Big Time Listings]
