Despite the still-hanging sign promising a Summer 2007 opening, the Brockman at 7th and Grand is just getting going again after construction apparently slowed down earlier this year. And yes sireee, the blue-and-brown colored Brockman, a project that was originally slated to be 80 condos, is a very pretty building. Also: the leasing sign notes that the restaurant/retail space is filled up; earlier reports had noted that Duci Italian, a fancy eatery/market store likely offering such things as tasty salami and provolone cheese, was coming in.
