"Dear Curbed: Your readers have provided thoughtful insight regarding landlord tenant issues. The construction company that I work for rents out the second floor of a two story office building in Burbank. The tenants below are a messaging service that constantly has cars coming in and out of our little 12 space parking lot. We have reserved parking spots but they constantly park in our spots and park in the middle of the parking lot. They have hit our cars a number of times. The landlord threatens to tow them but never has and they would just move the cars anyway. Any help in holding the landlord accountable or making him somehow evict this tenant.?"
