An update and an updated rendering re: the 6230 Yucca project that prompted so much debate. Yes, it was approved by the Planning Commission two weeks ago. No, there's no big screen, according to the people at Second Ventures, the building's developer, noting the screen was dropped a while ago. Instead, you're getting a tall stick thingy, seen in this most-recent rendering. Also its size has been tweaked: the project now will have 85 condos, 8 live-work units and 14,000 sq. ft of commercial space.
