Bob Taylor Properties may not have a fancy web site, but in terms of compiling data, this Figueroa Street real estate agency--which covers Northeast LA--rocks. Every week, they put out a list of new homes, sales, and price drops on existing properties. Top of their reduction list this week is a 720-square-foot two-bedroom, one bath home at 5659 Aldama Street that's listed at $275,000, down from its August price of $422,900. And at that listed price, it's almost to its 2004 sale price of $212,000, according to Redfin.
