Listing: For the second week in a row we featured a luxury condo on the Wilshire Corridor. And for the second week in a row, most of you were way off base. Congrats to guesser Nirad who was only $20,000 above the sale price. This week, the lot of you guessed an average of $613,212 above the actual sale price. It's nice, but not as nice as last week's 19th floor pad. We'll go back to a single family home next time.
