An interesting reader tip comes across the transom and into our inbox on one of our favorite adaptive reuse projects in Hollywood: "Celebrity designer and HGTV host of reDesign, Kenneth Brown has purchased a loft at Kor Development’s Broadway Hollywood building at Hollywood and Vine and is blogging about his design process for the loft as he goes along on his website." Our reader linked us to his very first post about his loft last winter, but more recent posts show...well, not that much progress. Hurry up, Kenneth. Blue tape outlines of where you might eventually put a chair just doesn't do it for us. We thought he could transform a home in half an hour. TV lied to us.
