Opening date for the Hollywood flagship Fresh & Easy store remains uncertain. However, on Monday we strolled by and caught site of another sign arriving by truck. From our last post, a reader indicated that the opening day had been pegged as January 23rd. Another reader also heard that the store would open in January, and stated that store employees would be stocking shelves on Christmas Eve.
