Congrats to guesser CicelFoot who was only $50,000 below the sale price. This week, you all have failed to understand the high-priced Wilshire "Golden Mile" market. The lot of you guessed an average of $1.04 million below the actual sale price. That's one of the worst jobs ever. (Note: The outlier guesses of $20 million and $937,000 were not included.) Better luck next time.
