As noted earlier, designer/architect/French person Philippe Starck is designing a "green" apartment building at 10777 Wilshire. Our magic inbox spits out a rendering of the proposed project courtesy of a tipster who says that the project recently underwent a design review. "There was concern that if the plants die the building would look like a parking structure (or .... other ugly thing)." And as for the rooftop pool??
