The West Hollywood’s Planning Commission just pushed forward the proposed mixed-use Palm Project at 9001 Santa Monica Boulevard, a project which'll expand the Palm Restaurant, and add four floors of housing--34 units of market rate housing and 8 affordable units--and retail/parking; locals continue to bitch and moan about planning issues.
