Ok, it's not all office space, nor is it approved. But no matter. Long Beach is possibly getting a new mixed-use high rise, the Golden Shore Master Plan, with 250,000 sf of office space. If it gets built, it's likely that Molina Healthcare will be one of the primary tenants. [Press Telegram]
