Checking out one of the sides of Northwest Gateway, a sprawling 276-unit rental development that's just squatted itself all around Second Street/Glendale Boulevard near downtown, we discovered the project's desert/earth tone colors. Just as the rendering promised. All of these pics are taken on a side street off 2nd Street, while there's also a shot of the backside and some sort of tagged up little box of a building.
