The City of Los Angeles has apparently lifted its smackdown on the new Jefferson at Marina del Rey apartments. The Argonaut reports that Building and Safety suspended the project after hearing complaints from Thatcher Avenue neighbors. They say their street was being used for construction parking and staging. Hate that. The 298-unit, $138 million complex is at 3221 S. Carter Ave.
