The web site is up and running, offering floor plans, and news of a "Rooftop Sky Lounge with bar" and a "pool and spa." And a visit to the construction site revealed ample evidence of red-colored terraces--the perfect platform for wild WeHo girls to flick their butts from. Back in 2005, developers said prices would be $1,750-$3,400/month, so adjust accordingly for inflation, construction costs, etc.
