Stopping by downtown's Milano, the 99-unit building at Sixth Street and Grand Avenue, we checked out this 1,200 square foot studio/one bedroom currently available for $2,700/month. Two observations: One might say the shape of the unit is interesting; that window is nice. Also: Despite all the laziness that went into changing the building's enormous sign (we hear an overseas company--that also ran something called Delano--complained, hence the name change), the "MI" remains MIA on the front doorway. Anyone got a Sharpie?
