Heading east on Sunset, right before the Bel Air, or perhaps actually in Bel Air proper, construction is underway on two spec houses. The whole site is fenced off, but a rendering and sign for SK Architects (Palos Verdes firm?) is clearly visible: "Two custom estate in Los Angeles' most prestigious neighborhood." Star maps available right outside your door, too! Perhaps developers would be smart to price these homes in the $6 million-$15 million range.
