More info on that missing fence? A comment on the Skyscraper Forum: "Walked by LA Central site today. No fence there on 11th street, but it is still up around the rest of the site and the new zoning variance was posted on the wall. Looks like the variance is for a hearing in Jan. so it might be some time before anything happens there. Too bad." [Skyscraper City]
