Developers Bomel Companies will develop a 100,000 square foot site at Washington and Sepulveda boulevards, an area which formerly housed an Albertson Chevrolet, reports Globe St. Bomel, a Los Angeles-based company known for its retail and mixed-use urban infill projects, hasn't announced what will be done with the site, but expect a project that happy commuters can wave at from the highway. In a press release, the company noted that they believe "the location is vital in the re-development of the area and will serve local residents as well as commuters due to its prominent location on two major thoroughfares as well as its proximity to and visibility from the 405 Freeway."
