Project architect Hamid Gabbay, founder of Beverly Hills-based Gabbay Architects fills us in: "It'll be five stores...it's made of limestone, stucco, glass...there'll be [34-unit] parking on the roof...I tried to bring a design that has some elements of art deco...wanted to evoke the glory days of Sunset and Hollywood...it should be finished by mid 2008." Any tenants confirmed? Not yet, he says. Ciao, Tramonto, you funny little thing, you!
