Project architect Hamid Gabbay, founder of Beverly Hills-based Gabbay Architects fills us in: "It'll be five's made of limestone, stucco, glass...there'll be [34-unit] parking on the roof...I tried to bring a design that has some elements of art deco...wanted to evoke the glory days of Sunset and should be finished by mid 2008." Any tenants confirmed? Not yet, he says. Ciao, Tramonto, you funny little thing, you!
