A follow-up email regarding Starck's two green projects tells us only one has actually been commissioned by Starck. Writes the PR contact: "The second project which will feature high-end retail boutiques, offices and condominiums (Canon drive project) is currently NOT commissioned by Philippe Stark....We are in the middle of negotiations." While that project will still be aiming for LEED certification, it remains to be seen whether Starck will be involved.
