Store signage is up at the Wilshire Vermont Station complex, the new Koreatown rental building whose retail courtyard was recently described--and not nicely--as a "huge space that offers almost no shade" by LA Times critic Christopher Hawthorne. For the curious: apartment rents range from $1,449 for a 496-square-foot studio to $2,918 for a 1,062-foot two bedroom. Yup, pricey as any rental building in any bustling city center! Coffee Bean gets a prime corner (Wilshire is seen in the distance), and there are more signs after the jump. And a full list of retailers is here. Pool shots posted tomorrow.
