Downtown Parcels Slated to Be Parks Are Off the Market

Quimbygate update: All that talk about adding downtown parks was just talk. The two parcels proposed to be turned into parks by the Department of Recreation and Parks are no longer on the market, brokers at CB Richard Ellis tell the Downtown News.
