Because Los Angeles doesn't have enough billboards, nor enough ADD-causing signage, some nice people have offered to give us a giant TV so city residents can finally know what it's like to be twitchy and distracted. "The city is being asked to approve this 600 sq. ft. video screen for the Korean Consulate building at 3243 Wilshire Blvd," writes a tipster. "Such signs are currently illegal under city ordinance. The sign would be 100 ft. high. Hearing before Board of Building and Safety Commissioners tomorrow." More close-ups after the jump.
