An update from our earlier posts on the Circa on Wilshire project. The developers were kind enough to contact us without their lawyers in tow. Via our email: "We expect to be breaking ground by the end of the year and are anticipating full completion in early 2010. Although there has been great interest in the project since our sign went up, we will not be starting our sales program until late 2008." Okay, we suppose that answers why the Web site is inoperable.
