Noah Wylie dropped $1.8 million for a four-bedroom house in Solvang. The home has a pool, separate building with a garage, and a shop area. According to Big Time Listings, Wylie also owns a ranch in Santa Ynez, so it's not entirely clear what his use with this home will be. [Big Time Listings]

Actor Donovan Leitch Jr., son of singer Donovan, is moving, paying $1.435 million for a home in the Studio City area, while putting his 1,166-square-foot Spanish-style home in the Hollywood Hills on the market.
