Blogger Angelenic gets inside downtown's renovated Title Guarantee Building at 5th and Hill streets and emerges with snapshots of puckered-looking art, prices, and a rumor about a rooftop pool. Set for completion next month, the 74 units, which range in size from 755-4,000 square feet, will rent for $2,000-$12,000/month. As for amenities: yeah, not so many.
