The Masonry Builders Supply site in Glassell Park is no more. The site, located between Eagle Rock Boulevard and the Glendale freeway has been demolished to make way for a mixed use development by The Slater Company. Council Pres. Garcetti was on hand along side the contractors to break s^%t and kiss MBS goodbye. In its place will go 114 housing units (some affordable) and some retail. We haven’t seen the plans yet, and there’s still no word on whether the housing will be lofts and/or luxury. We’re keeping our fingers crossed.
