Part of everyone’s favorite yet-to-be Valley TOD, NoHo Commons, has been sold. Redwood Partners and Rockwood Capital purchased The NoHo Lofts, located at 11136 Chandler Blvd. in the North Hollywood Arts District, for a no-so-paltry $93 million. Originally developed by the J.H. Snyder Co., The NoHo Lofts will bring luxury faux-loft living to the confluence of Metro’s Orange and Red lines and will surely be unaffordable to anyone who will actually take public transportation. No word on why J.H. Snyder sold the development, but we suspect it had something to do with all of those zeros on the check.
