We'll forgive the shortsightedness of the MTA and city folk who decided to bypass LAX if the mistake is soon cleared up. The Times has a short blurb on the planned study of extending the Green Line so it actually goes some place people need to go. It's a start. Next up we hope will be a study to see if the Gold Line can somehow link to Dodger Stadium and a study to see if a Red Line station can be moved closer to our apartment.
