Four unbelievably delicious questions today. If you have an answer or snarky comment not involving Mel Gibson, we want to hear from you. Please email your response or an equally good question to us for next week to la@curbed.com. We read every email you send even if we don't respond. We even read the press releases which we hate.

1) Van Nuys: Oh goody. A smell question. " Why does it smell like urine (every day, for years) on Burbank Blvd. between Fulton and Ethel. The Valley Cities Jewish Community Center is on the south side of Burbank and the Los Angeles Valley College is on the north side and that's where it smells and it's strong! What's causing it and why isn't anyone doing something about it?"
2) Silver Lake: What super desirable retail awaits a popular corner in Silver Lake. If not Tiffany's maybe an Apple store. "First an upscale gelatto house, now....a Tiffany's?? What's going in next to the super popular gelatto house and Wee shoes in Silver Lake at the corner of Sunset and Hyperion?"
3) Hollywood: Someone turn the lights on please. "I live in the Sunset+Vine Apts. When we moved in 18 months ago, we had a great view of the twin illuminated towers atop the old Warner's theater ( now the Pacific). The lights went out at least 6 months ago. Anyone know of plans to turn them on again? They made for a stunning night view of cool blue neon."
4) Downtown: A good question. Food for thought. "Earlier today I took a walk around the block where the Roosevelt Condos (www.rsvlt.com) are being renovated downtown (7th St. and Flower). The building looks like it will be great and it's being renovated by Killefer Flammang Architects - they do nice work. Here's the question: this building is surrounded by higher buildings on all sides, so how do you think they are going to market a building with condos selling for 500K+ that have no views at all. Maybe you or your readers with some marketing savy can step up with the answer.
