A reader emails in asking for an update on the LivingHomes prefab home going in at 2912 Highland in Santa Monica: "You guys have written quite a few articles on the Livinghomes project in Santa Monica but the last entry was on 6/12/06. Any chance of getting an update on this amazing house?" Indeed we have written a lot about it, and yesterday we were in Santa Monica so we stopped by for some photos. Things are looking good.We saw some furniture on the inside, a bench on the patio, and some nice landscaping. The fence was still up, but it looks ready to come down at any moment.
