RentSlicer: May-June Stats

According to RentSlicer's 90 day tracking, Malibu remains the most expensive place to rent in our far reaching metro area while for the umpteenth time, Koreatown is the place to go for cheap rentals. Somebody should make a song about that. Beverly Hills falls out of the top ten for the first time in our tracking, landing at number 11 on the most expensive list. And Panorama City, after taking a dip out of the ten cheapest, climbs its way back up to claim the number 2 spot. North Hollywood also makes a surprising reappearance on the ten cheapest list, for the first time since December. That's good news. We like North Hollywood.
