No word yet on to who (whom?) and for how much, but the former home of Christina RIcci and Adam Goldberg (as well as Diane Keaton, but not concurrently, although we sense a great script hidden somewhere in there), the 1928 Lloyd Wright Samuel-Navarro House has been sold. Perhaps someone with better Hollywood or broker connections will send us an email on the purchase details.
